1. Incoterms (International Commercial Terms)

We support standard Incoterms 2020 for international trade. The following terms are commonly used for our wholesale sock orders:

FOB (Free On Board)

Seller delivers goods on board the vessel at the named port of shipment. Buyer assumes all costs and risks from that point. Most common for sea freight.

Example: FOB Shanghai - We deliver to Shanghai port, you handle ocean freight and import.

CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight)

Seller pays for shipping and insurance to the destination port. Buyer handles import customs and inland delivery.

Example: CIF Los Angeles - We pay for shipping to LA port, you handle customs clearance.

EXW (Ex Works)

Buyer collects goods from our factory and handles all shipping, insurance, and customs. Lowest price option.

Example: EXW Factory - You arrange pickup from our facility and handle everything.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

Seller delivers goods to buyer's location with all costs paid, including customs duties. Most convenient for buyer.

Example: DDP Your Warehouse - We deliver to your door with all fees paid.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Payment Methods

Wire Transfer (T/T): Most common method. Bank fees apply.
Letter of Credit (L/C): Available for large orders (typically $50,000+). Provides security for both parties.
PayPal: Available for orders under $10,000. 3% processing fee applies.
Trade Credit: Net 30/60 terms available for established customers with approved credit.

3. Pricing Structure

3.2 Customization Pricing

Logo Embroidery: $0.50-$1.50 per pair (depending on complexity)
Custom Colors: No additional charge for standard yarn colors
Custom Patterns: $200-$500 design fee (waived for orders 1,000+ pairs)
Premium Materials: 10-30% price increase depending on material
Rush Orders: 20-50% surcharge for expedited production

4. Currency and Exchange Rates

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed. For orders in other currencies, exchange rates are locked at the time of deposit payment. We accept payment in:

Other major currencies by arrangement

5. Customs and Import Duties

Unless DDP terms are agreed, buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees in their country. We provide all necessary documentation:

Packing List
Certificate of Origin (if required)
Quality Certificates
Other documents as needed for your country

We can assist with customs documentation and provide HS codes for your products. Consult your customs broker for specific duty rates in your country.

6. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

7. Samples and Prototypes

Stock Samples: $10-$20 per pair (refundable with order of 500+ pairs)
Custom Samples: $50-$150 per design (includes setup costs)
Sample Shipping: Buyer pays actual shipping costs
Sample Timeline: 7-10 business days for custom samples

Sample costs are credited toward your first production order of 1,000+ pairs.

8. Annual Contracts and Partnerships

For high-volume customers, we offer annual supply agreements with additional benefits:

Locked-in pricing for 12 months
Priority production scheduling
Reduced or waived MOQs
Extended payment terms (Net 60-90)
Dedicated account manager
Free design and development services
Quarterly business reviews

Annual contracts typically require minimum annual purchase commitments of $100,000-$500,000 depending on product mix.
